Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation
Galboshi has a strict zero tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
1. Our Commitment
Galboshi is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior on our platform.
We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove any content that exploits or endangers children. The safety and protection of minors is our highest priority, and we are dedicated to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety.
2. Age Requirement
Galboshi is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We enforce this requirement through:
• Age verification during the registration process
• Phone number verification to confirm user identity
• Account termination for any user found to be under 18
• Proactive monitoring for underage users
We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.
3. Zero Tolerance Policy
Galboshi maintains an absolute zero tolerance policy for any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:
• Any imagery, video, or other media depicting the sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sharing, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Facilitating or promoting child trafficking
Any user found violating this policy will face immediate and permanent account termination, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Prevention Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent CSAE content and behavior on our platform:
• Strict age verification during registration
• Phone number verification via OTP to confirm user identity
• Automated content scanning and detection systems
• Manual review processes for flagged content
• Keyword and pattern detection for suspicious activity
• Regular audits of our safety systems and processes
• Staff training on identifying and handling CSAE content
We continuously update and improve our detection and prevention technologies to stay ahead of evolving threats.
5. Reporting Mechanisms
We make it easy for users to report any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation:
In-App Reporting:
• Users can report any suspicious content or behavior directly within the app using the report function
• Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team within 24 hours
• Urgent reports involving imminent danger are prioritized immediately
External Reporting:
• Users can email our safety team at [email protected]
• Reports can also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678
• Users in other countries can report to their local law enforcement or national child protection hotline
All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality and seriousness.
6. Response Protocol
When CSAE content or behavior is identified or reported, we follow a strict response protocol:
1. Immediate Action: The content is immediately removed and the account is suspended
2. Preservation: All relevant data and evidence is preserved for law enforcement
3. Reporting: We report the incident to NCMEC and applicable law enforcement authorities
4. Investigation: Our trust and safety team conducts a thorough internal investigation
5. Account Action: Permanent ban of the offending account with no possibility of reinstatement
6. Follow-up: We cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation
We never notify the offending user before taking action to preserve the integrity of any potential investigation.
7. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Galboshi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations worldwide:
• We comply with all legal requests and court orders for user information related to child exploitation cases
• We proactively report all identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
• We work with international law enforcement agencies including INTERPOL and local authorities
• We participate in industry coalitions against child exploitation
• We respond to emergency requests from law enforcement on an expedited basis when child safety is at risk
Our legal and safety teams are available 24/7 to assist law enforcement with active child safety investigations.
8. Data Handling & Privacy
We handle data related to child safety reports with the highest level of care:
• All CSAE-related evidence is securely stored and transmitted using encryption
• Access to reported content is strictly limited to authorized trust and safety personnel
• Evidence is retained only as long as necessary for law enforcement purposes
• We comply with all data retention requirements mandated by law
• Personal information of reporters is kept confidential
We balance user privacy with child safety, and in cases of conflict, child safety always takes precedence.
9. Staff Training & Awareness
All Galboshi team members receive comprehensive training on child safety:
• Mandatory onboarding training on CSAE identification and response
• Regular refresher training and updates on emerging threats
• Specialized training for trust and safety team members
• Clear internal escalation procedures
• Mental health support for staff who handle CSAE reports
