By accessing or using Galboshi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including both partners in a connected couple relationship. You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

Galboshi is a private communication and memory-sharing application designed exclusively for couples. The App provides features including but not limited to: • Private messaging between two connected users • Shared calendar and reminders • Photo and video sharing • Wishlist and gift tracking • Location-based features • Memory timeline The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

To use Galboshi, you must create an account and connect with one partner. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use Each account can only be connected to one partner at a time. You may disconnect and reconnect with a different partner, but this will result in the removal of shared content from the previous relationship.

You agree to use Galboshi only for its intended purpose as a couples' communication app. You agree NOT to: • Share your account with anyone other than your connected partner • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person • Impersonate any person or entity We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Galboshi ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to: • Store and display your content to you and your partner • Create backups for service reliability • Process content as necessary to provide our services You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it. We do not monitor or review User Content but may remove content that violates these Terms.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Galboshi: • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context • Non-consensual intimate imagery • Content that promotes violence or illegal activities • Malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Spam or unsolicited advertising • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galboshi and its affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill • Service interruptions or technical failures • Actions of other users • Third-party content or services Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (which may be $0 for free users).

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if: • You violate these Terms • We are required to do so by law • We discontinue the service Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy, typically within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes: • We will notify you through the App or via email • Changes will take effect 30 days after notification • Continued use after changes indicates acceptance If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the App and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction - Placeholder], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
